Faiza Sheikh is a dedicated Business Operations Manager and PA, bringing strong organisational expertise and strategic insight to her role.

She holds an undergraduate degree from The Open University and has developed extensive knowledge in people management through completing CIPD Level 3, Level 5, and Level 7 qualifications.

She is an Associate Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (Assoc CIPD).

After completing her CIPD Level 7 qualification, Faiza developed a strong passion for international HR and global people practices.

She is currently undertaking an MSc in Strategic Human Resource Management at the University of Salford, which she is due to complete this year.

Her primary goal following completion of her Master’s degree is to progress to Chartered Member status with the CIPD, further strengthening her professional credibility and impact within the HR field.

Alongside her full-time role, Faiza works as a freelance HR Consultant, advising organisations on best practice, people strategy, and effective HR frameworks to support business growth and employee engagement.

Outside of her professional commitments, Faiza is a dedicated gym enthusiast and has played badminton weekly for the past ten years. She also enjoys reading, particularly women’s literature and psychological thrillers.

She also loves travelling and feels fortunate to explore different parts of the world each year, immersing herself in new cultures and local trends.
