Instructions: How to Submit a CBCT Case
1. Access the Portal
Go to the portal and sign in or create an account:

2. Create a New Case
Click “Create Case” from your dashboard.
3. Enter Case Details
Add patient and case information as required.
4. Add Clinical Description
Outline what you would like assessed in the report.
Then click “Add Files”.
5. Select DICOM Files
Click “Choose DICOM Files” (top left).
6. Upload Full Folder
Open your scan folder, select all files (Ctrl + A), and upload.
7. Confirm File Selection
You will see the full file list ready for upload.
8. Upload & Link to Case
Click “Upload and Link to Case”.
9. Confirm Upload
Click “OK” to proceed.
10. Complete Upload
Click “Done” once upload is finished.
11. Select Report Type
Choose the appropriate CBCT report option from the available choices.
12. Review & Payment
Agree to the disclaimer and proceed to payment to submit your case.
